Project Manager Health and Safety

Vattenfall, a leading European energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Health and Safety to join their team. As a key member of the Health and Safety department, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic and tactical agenda for Health and Safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement international Health and Safety projects, including the replacement of the EHSQ system.
- Promote and support the implementation of the World Class Health and Safety strategy.
- Act as the Health and Safety expert within national and international projects and change processes.
- Manage Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E), the Emergency Response Organization (BHV), and ISO 45001 activities for shared office environments.
- Develop and deliver briefings, training sessions, e-learnings, and instructions on Health and Safety focus areas and systems in use.
- Provide information and advice to senior management on Health and Safety matters.
- Coach other Health and Safety experts and business experts.
- Prepare and develop reports, including report analysis and advising management.
- Develop, implement, and/or optimize procedures and tools related to Health and Safety within shared office environments.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in operational safety management and Health and Safety matters.
- Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in a project leader role in complex IT projects.
- Proven ability to handle and drive initiatives/change in international matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of Intelex is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch, both verbal and in writing. Language skills in Swedish and/or German are a plus.
