Incluso is seeking an experienced Hiring Specialist - R&D Division to lead our recruitment efforts in Södertälje. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on driving business outcomes through strategic hiring initiatives.

This role involves collaborating closely with the responsible manager to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Hiring Specialist will also provide coaching and guidance to managers and other stakeholders in the talent supply chain, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

The Consultant - Talent Supply Chain will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's hiring process, focusing on optimizing recruitment workflows and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This individual will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • A bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent (more experience may compensate for lack of degree)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English languages (both verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in recruiting tech roles (a significant advantage)
