Arbetsuppgifter:

  1. Utveckla och hantera automatiserade lösningar som enhetligt konfigurerar kringliggande tjänster för miljöer på skalbart sätt.
  2. Hantera incidenter, requests, change och problem i ITSM-verktyget under arbetstid.
  3. Delta i olika projekt eller aktiviteter för affärsområden samt tillsammans med andra IT-grupperingar.

Kompetenskrav:

  • Teknisk specialist med fokus på Dynamics 365 och Power Platform för att kunna administrera och ge styrning till utvecklare.
  • Bred teknisk kunskap kring övriga Microsoft Cloud-tjänster (M365, Azure DevOps, tekniska konfigurationer).
  • Kunskap kring Azure DevOps Pipelines och olika interfaces för att hantera Power Platform.
  • Förståelse för ITSM-verktyg och processer.
  • Erfarenhet från större komplexa organisationer.

Systemkrav:

Microsoft Power Platform och Dynamics 365.

Övrig kunskap/personliga egenskaper:

Social, noggrann, driven med vilja att prova ny teknik.
