**Key Responsibilities**

  • Independently assess and monitor risk exposures across business units, ensuring that the first line's risk management practices are robust and effective.
  • Develop and refine risk assessment methods and prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and relevant committees.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies by continuously reviewing risk frameworks, practices, and emerging risk trends.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations that balance risk mitigation with strategic business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance risk management processes and contribute to the development of innovative risk control measures and best practices.

**About You/Your Profile**

Qualifications:

  • Relevant higher education.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on second-line risk functions.
  • Proven analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management best practices.
