Job Description

Bertelsmann is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner - Payroll Expert to join our team. This role involves providing strategic guidance on payroll management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes through effective payroll practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all elements of the payroll process, including preparatory work, salary preparation, payment, follow-up checks, and reporting.
  • Providing internal and external stakeholders with salary-related statistics and reporting.
  • Supporting and training employees and managers in the payroll area and our HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll administration, expertise in Excel, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
