Job Summary

Telia Finance is seeking a highly skilled Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our cybersecurity efforts and safeguard our assets and customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect against evolving threats and attacks.
  2. Oversee IT Security Policies and Guidelines: Develop, implement, and maintain robust IT security policies and guidelines, ensuring a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
  3. Conduct Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for mitigation.
  4. Implement Security Technologies and Tools: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge security technologies and tools to protect against cyber threats and attacks.
  5. Manage Incident Response: Develop and implement effective incident response plans to minimize impact and ensure business continuity.
  6. Provide Security Guidance and Support: Offer expert guidance and support to teams across the organization on security best practices and compliance requirements, promoting a culture of security excellence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, we seek a candidate with:

  • A strong IT background with at least 3 years of documented experience in a leading role within IT security.
  • Hands-on experience in cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks such as EBA ICT, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO 27001, and Privacy/GDPR.
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.
  • Cloud Security knowledge and experience working closely with management teams and in regulated environments.
  • Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
  • Profound proficiency in both Swedish and English.
