Compensation and Benefits Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to maintain competitiveness and ensure our programs are aligned with industry standards.
- Support HR and managers on compensation and benefits matters, including benefits, benefit portal, annual salary process, pensions & insurances, and position evaluations.
- Participate in salary surveys and oversee compensation analytics to drive compensation projects.
- Coordinate processes like salary and bonus planning and new benefits introduction.
- Collaborate with various teams to initiate, review, and approve international assignment documentation and financial arrangements.
- Provide cost projections and draft assignment-related documents according to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for assignee services like immigration and relocation.
- Manage assignment processes and reports, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Substantial experience as Compensation & Benefits specialist or equivalent.
- Experience within International Assignments / Global Mobility; e.g. knowledge of processes and best practices including tax and immigration legislation, along with HR practices and cycle management.
- Great communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or equivalent.
