Legal Counselor

This role is based in Malaysia and supports the International Digital Business and Consumer Business based in Singapore on TN Sweden's contracts with third parties.

The senior legal contract manager's role involves drafting and negotiating agreements required for existing and new business development, providing comprehensive legal support.

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contracts ranging from NDAs and MOUs to definitive agreements, amendments, and supplements, various other contracts, and documentation.
• Providing proactive advice on legal and operational risk issues as part of offering expert legal guidance on contracts.
• Collaborating closely with business lines, risk, finance, and tax to provide effective, robust legal solutions aligned with TN Sweden's corporate policies.
• Ensuring documentation is systematically maintained with adequate processes and policies in place.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to practice in Malaysia, Singapore, UK, or Australia.
• Minimum 10 years of PQE gained in a reputable law firm and in-house.
• Strong legal analytical skills and solid knowledge of general corporate and contract law.
• A keen interest in the business and its operations and processes.
