About the Opportunity

As a Legal Counselor - Energy Sector, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on commercial law matters, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintaining and improving our legal department's standards, ensuring seamless integration with global operations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Swedish law degree.
  • Confirmed experience as a practicing commercial lawyer in a company or law firm, ideally with infrastructure/energy projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Negotiation skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative spirit, intercultural awareness, and sensitivity, with full working proficiency in Swedish and English languages.
