About the Role:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical challenges in production, leveraging prior experience and innovative thinking.
  2. Support engineering activities to modify and improve existing aseptic processes, develop new test procedures and policies for aseptic environments, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  3. Develop, implement, and optimize aseptic manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  4. Participate in risk analysis and troubleshooting, maintaining focus on aseptic standards to ensure contamination-free operations.
  5. Monitor technology trends and support the deployment of engineering solutions that enhance reliability, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
  6. Provide technical support during audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve technical challenges in production, utilizing expertise and creative thinking.
  • Modify and improve existing aseptic processes, establishing novel test methods and protocols.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize aseptic manufacturing processes, upholding quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk analysis and troubleshooting to maintain aseptic standards, guaranteeing contamination-free operations.
  • Deploy engineering solutions to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Technical support during audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, or related field.
  2. Experience in aseptic manufacturing, preferably with a background in pharmaceuticals.
  3. Problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently.
  4. Familiarity with quality and risk management in regulated environments.
