Procurement Manager Indirect

Kaiser + Kraft, a strong brand of TAKKT Group, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Europe as Procurement Manager Indirect to shape the future of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage selected product categories within indirect procurement to optimize processes and improve supplier relationships.
  • Develop procurement strategies for selected product categories to drive business growth and cost savings.
  • Analyze and optimize procurement processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Partner with suppliers to develop and maintain a competitive pool of suppliers for selected product groups.
  • Ensure compliant contract life-cycle management and manage contract approval processes in accordance with internal policies.
  • Manage RFQ processes for selected categories and implement new laws or guidelines with suppliers.
  • Harmonize and improve procurement conditions within the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division.
  • Support the digitalization of indirect procurement within I&P and close cooperation with consuming departments and legal.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English, with a good understanding of legal terms in both languages.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement in common indirect spend categories.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to work in a team.
