Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve the full purchase and procurement process, ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Supplier Management: Act as the primary liaison between Distribution Centers, Business Units, and Suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving collaborative partnerships.
  3. Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with Operative Purchasers, Global Sourcing, and Business Units to drive strategic initiatives and improvement areas in our Supply Chain.
  4. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance, addressing delivery, quality, price, and Lead Time accuracy issues, and escalating concerns as necessary.
  5. Process Improvement: Participate in task forces and lead improvement activities and projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  6. Shortage Management: Manage shortages, control daily purchasing activities, and handle price deviations, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  7. Process Standardization: Manage standard processes such as cost roll, initial sample, supplier onboarding, and phase-outs, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must hold a university degree in a relevant area such as Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement, and have at least three years of experience in operational purchasing. You are a strategic thinker who can quickly grasp complex problems and develop impactful solutions aligned with our business vision. You consider yourself a strong team player and a proactive leader with the ability to build productive networks and facilitate collaboration. You're self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team success. Having a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.

This position requires fluency in Swedish and English.
