We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Architect to drive our consulting projects in the intersection of business and technology as a part of our growing Stockholm team.
As a Business Transformation Architect, you will play a key role in transforming our clients' business problems into technology and capability needs. You will support our business growth by helping convert new opportunities into projects, helping deliver high-quality solutions in projects, and by supporting our team growth in skills and team size.
Key Responsibilities
- Help our client organizations identify opportunities in leveraging their data and modern technologies to create business value.
- Lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a trusted advisor to our key clients.
- Develop and implement efficient enterprise architectures, including where to apply custom software versus use ready solutions or low-code.
- Design and deliver digital products and portfolios that drive business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Around 3-5+ years of experience in business- or enterprise architecture.
- Understanding of current technology, data, and AI trends.
- Ability to design and implement efficient enterprise architectures.
- Strong knowledge of different cloud platforms.
- Data platform architecture and solution architecture know-how.
- Ability to lead consulting projects and small teams.
- Industry expertise (we're not too picky about which industries).
- Strong toolbox to help you analyze, structure, and present complex client problems.
- Suitable higher education degree from e.g. business, tech, industrial, or other fields.
- Exposure to business design methodologies, frameworks, and tools is considered an advantage.
- Earlier experience from sales and creating proposals is considered an advantage.
