As a commercial Go-To-Market Lead, your mission is to take our products and offerings into our sales organization, managing stakeholders throughout the organization and working closely with your peers in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the natural go-to person for the sales organization, collecting input, informing, training, and keeping them up to date on products and offerings.
  • Create and maintain commercial presentations, training material, and documentation supporting the Sales organization.
  • Attend partner and marketing events to support sales.
  • Coordinate cross-Nordic launches.
  • Coordinate projects across the Nordics.
  • Engage with colleagues across Europe for knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

  • Full working proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Business sense and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong skills in Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in a role that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a highly dynamic organization.
  • A great teammate who supports the team and puts team and business objectives first.
  • Graduation at least at bachelor level.
  • Previous experience in the payment industry or similar is an advantage.
