Customer Succes Coach

Vi söker en ambitiös och motiverad kundrelations manager som vill arbeta nära våra kunder och utvecklas tillsammans med oss. I rollen som Customer Succes Coach ansvarar du för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet genom regelbunden kommunikation och uppföljning.
Lång erfarenhet av kundhantering i en B2B-miljö är ett krav, liksom kunskap om CRM-system och digitala kommunikationsverktyg. Du bör också ha en stark kommunikationsförmåga på andra språk och erfarenhet från teknik- eller mjukvarubranschen.
I denna roll har du möjlighet att bidra till utvecklingen av våra processer och verktyg för att ständigt förbättra kundupplevelsen. Vi erbjuder inspirerande företagsresor och möjlighet att nätverka på AW, event och mässor, samt generöst friskvårdsbidrag på 5 000 kronor per år.
Arbetsuppgifter- Ansvara för kundrelationer och säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet
- Genomföra uppstartsmöten med nyligen signerade kunder
- Hantera kundkontakt över telefon
- Vägleda och stötta kunder i användningen av våra produkter och tjänster
