Key Responsibilities

The successful Implementation Consultant will be responsible for working directly with clients to agree delivery of contractual elements, managing projects of varying complexity, and acting as a gatekeeper for system setup. You will also collaborate with the Allocation and Resourcing team to optimize resource utilization and exercise judgment and provide guidance based on previous experience, best practices, and precedents.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in client onboarding and project management to join our Implementation team. You will work closely with clients to set expectations and ensure a smooth implementation process, validating reports received from clients and ensuring all necessary information is collected before assigning resources.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A structured approach to managing workload and client expectations.
  • Strong networking skills to facilitate communication with business users.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and foster partnerships internally and externally.
  • Ability to maintain focus and work effectively under tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Experience with managing 3rd party suppliers and driving them to deliver while maintaining good relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in completing relevant documentation.
  • Qualified vocational training or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of pre-systems and Hogia salary plus/Flex HRM.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience from other service profession/consultative work.
  • Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel.
