About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Novacura AB. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that enable our customers to work smarter and faster in their businesses.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and deliver complete ERP solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide expert consulting services.

As a Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from maintenance and supply chain optimization to manufacturing and project management. You will be responsible for defining business processes, setting up basic data, and implementing additional functions, as well as performing trainings and preparing documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ERP solutions that meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in ERP systems, including IFS Applications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Provide expert consulting services to customers, including workshops, estimates, and project management
  • Continuously develop yourself by acquiring new knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
  • University degree with a specialization in technology or a relevant area
  • 5 years of work experience related to ERP systems, preferably IFS Applications
  • Experience with implementation and/or support of business application software
  • Business process knowledge in one or several application areas (Maintenance, Manufacturing, Project)
  • Technical knowledge to communicate effectively with system developers and understand software development frameworks
  • Ability to travel to customers
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
