Job Description

Job Title: Spa Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Clarion Hotel Stockholm. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading the operational management of our Elements Spa, ensuring high-quality services and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead the operational management of Elements Spa
  • Resultant responsibility for the department, including inventory and financial reporting
  • Active sales work, including market activities, sales on the spot, and upselling
  • Ensure and actively work on quality of products, treatments, and facilities
  • Strategic and proactive work on employee and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Interest in communication and sales
  • Professionalism with guests and colleagues
  • Passion for service and creating a unique spa experience for our guests
  • Ability to positively impact guest experiences
  • Knowledge of the SPA industry, either through professional experience or a strong interest in spa experiences, health, fitness, and well-being
  • Experience in hotels and spas is a merit, but not a requirement
