Job SummaryThis exciting opportunity involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of high-power electrical test equipment in a state-of-the-art laboratory setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Your Responsibilities- Safety and Quality Management: Implement and enforce HSE and Quality policies within the department to ensure a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards.
- Team Development: Develop and lead your team by example, fostering an open-minded and flexible work culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Expansion and Growth: Participate in the expansion of the team, contributing to recruitment efforts and facilitating efficient onboarding processes.
- Quality Direction: Ensure the team has a clear direction for systematically working with quality and continuous improvements.
- Organization Development: Develop the test laboratory organization and create clear role descriptions, responsibility areas, and cost models within the department.
