Job Description
As a Workplace Injury Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and analysis of records of workplace injuries, illnesses, and absences. You will also educate and train the workforce on health and safety policies and standards, and select, train, and evaluate workplace safety officers. Additionally, you will provide first aid supplies and resources in accordance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees.
- Evaluate and improve existing health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., occupational health, safety engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety or a related field.
