Key Responsibilities

  • Document Specifications and Interfaces: Document detailed specifications and interfaces between new systems, system enhancements, and user manuals.
  • Develop Test Plans and Test Cases: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure that our solutions meet the required standards.
  • Develop Technical Documentation: Develop technical documentation of design documents, coding documents, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with solution architects, development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our solutions.
  • Manage the Product/Team Backlog: Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize user stories and assign tasks to relevant teams.
  • Organize Sprint Refinement Sessions: Lead sprint refinement sessions to ensure that the product backlog is up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure Business Value Delivery: Ensure that the delivered product meets the intended business value through UAT and acceptance tests, and provide training to end-users.
Requirements
  • Understanding of Tech Fundamentals: Possess a solid understanding of software development, architecture, integration, cloud, web applications, and micro-services.
  • Business Analysis Experience: Have experience in business analysis or related technical fields, such as application development, technical product ownership, deployment/implementation, and infrastructure.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in a business analysis context.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, including KPIs and business case construction.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities: Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and a pragmatic outlook.
  • Effective Communication: Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Ability to facilitate constructive collaboration, teaming, and knowledge-sharing between stakeholders, and influence decision-makers.
