Silex Microsystems is a global leader in pure-play MEMS foundry solutions. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation in the Plasma Deposition area.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing goals are met. This will involve collaborating with operators and service technicians, meeting with Product Managers, and developing new processes that meet customers' specifications.

You will also participate in creating work routines for operators and solving problems that occur at the department. Additionally, you will drive improvement projects to enhance workflow and processes at the Plasma Deposition area.

• Develop and maintain deposition processes.
• Establish and maintain routines and documentation.
• Handle stopped production batches and development material.
• Contribute to creating/improving infrastructure for operator training.
• Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials.
• Contribute to startup of new products and review specifications.
• Improve tool uptime and develop new standardized process modules.
