Silex Microsystems, a world leader in MEMS foundry solutions, seeks a highly skilled Process Engineer to join its team.

Silex Microsystems is the world's leading pure-play MEMS foundry, customizing solutions for prominent global clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, and automotive.

We utilize various deposition techniques (PVD, PECVD, ALD, and evaporation) to deposit thin films, ranging from metals to dielectrics.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing goals are met. This will involve collaborating with operators and service technicians, meeting with Product Managers, and developing new processes that meet customers' specifications.

You will also participate in creating work routines for operators and solving problems that occur at the department. Additionally, you will drive improvement projects to enhance workflow and processes at the Plasma Deposition area.

• Develop, maintain, and improve deposition processes.
• Establish and maintain routines and documentation.
• Handle stopped production batches and development material together with process integration engineers (PIs).
• Contribute to creating/improving infrastructure for operator training and ensure current routine is available and up to date.
• Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release them to production.
• Contribute to startup of new products, review specifications, and process flows.
• Grow into taking responsibility for area equipment, improving tool uptime, maintaining, and developing new standardized process modules.
