About the Job

We are seeking a Supply Chain Development Associate to join our New Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing plans for projects, managing direct material costs, and working cross-functionally to ensure products are designed for efficient and high-quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans for projects, including multi-source, re-use, ES, and low-cost country (LCC) sourcing.
  • Manage direct material costs for assigned projects.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure products are designed for efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
  • Coordinate tasks and teams across multiple factories and execute project timelines effectively.
Requirements
  • A BSc or MSc in Engineering or Business.
  • A strong understanding of sourcing principles and supplier collaboration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish languages.
