Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Graduate, you will be responsible for leading your own account to reach sales targets, analyzing sales figures, promotions, and new product launches, and supporting your account in tailoring new launches for success.

You will also be responsible for campaign planning, accurately monitoring and forecasting promotions and launch quantities, preparing sales material, and participating in meetings with business partners and team members.

A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Sales, International Business, or similar within the past year is required, as well as experience in the FMCG and/or beauty industry.

A strong business understanding, coupled with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, is essential for this position. You must be a pro-active team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to challenge the status quo.
