About the Position

This role plays a critical part in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees. As a Work Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting a healthy and safe work environment across our Nordics Office locations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive cultural development regarding work environment, health, and safety across four locations.
  • Lead the implementation of internal Mondelez HSE standards, programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Proactively contribute to HSE programs and initiatives, including local and MEU programs, requests from HSE Commercial Lead, and country management requests.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including leaders, teams, and external partners.
  • Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize or eliminate accidents that may harm employees or customers.
