About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Transformation Expert to join our team. As part of the Sustainability & Technology Transformation team, you will be responsible for developing advisory projects for the energy sector, helping them address sustainability, regulatory, economic and technology challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems, sustainability or similar, and experience in the energy sector. They should also have proven work experience from similar roles within strategic consulting or analytics consulting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on consulting assignments, using established standards, methods and technologies, to develop solutions and resolve issues.
  • Proposing technical and engineering solutions to meet client needs and actively seeking feedback for improvement for solutions related to sustainability.
  • Conducting work (e.g., research, market studies, qualitative and quantitative analysis and policy support, report writing and presentation development) across a range of international climate and energy projects.
  • Helping drive project proposals including proposed approaches, timelines, staffing plans, and budgets.
