Claims Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Advocate to manage and handle claims related to directors' and officers' liability insurance, crime insurance, and professional indemnity insurance for our large book of financial and professional services clients in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle complex claims, working closely with brokers and clients to ensure efficient and effective claims handling processes
- Provide guidance and support to brokers on complex claims matters, helping to establish and implement a new claims handling system to improve claims management
- Collaborate with the existing claims team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across the Nordic region
- Work independently and take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to drive results and improve processes
Requirements:
- Significant experience (5+ years) in handling complex claims, ideally within the financial and professional services sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of directors' and officers' liability, crime, and professional indemnity insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with brokers and clients
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Ambitious, service-minded, structured, detail-oriented, and responsible individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
