We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Engineer to join our team at Integro Consulting AB. As a Logistics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's supply chain operations within the automotive industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance standard operations and frequency studies, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
- Manage daily packaging orders, balancing demand and supply, and ensure timely booking of transports. Monitor and resolve daily deviations in the transport flow, and execute rush transports and bookings as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance their performance. Proactively address supplier delivery risks, issues, and crises to ensure seamless logistics operations.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis using Business Intelligence tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
