  3. Drive a Data-Driven Business Environment: Improve decision-making and efficiency by integrating best practices into financial operations.
  4. Act as a Business Partner: Provide financial insights and support to Nordic Management teams and Country Managers.
  5. Optimize and Streamline Financial Processes: Enhance group performance through improved budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  6. Lead Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Planning: Support sustainable growth through data-driven financial leadership.
  7. Stay Ahead of SaaS Industry Trends: Integrate best practices into controlling and reporting.
  8. Deliver Financial Analyses and Presentations: To leadership and key stakeholders.
  9. Conduct Ad-Hoc Analyses: To support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: As a Business Controller or in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Strong Knowledge: Of financial data analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity: With the SaaS business model, including its unique financial and operational challenges.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Including pivot tables, vlookups, and financial modeling.
  • Fluency: In English, both spoken and written, is required. Proficiency in Dutch and/or Swedish is a valuable addition.
