About the Position:- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet ambitious targets.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and manage detailed sales plans and forecasts, ensuring realistic and achievable goals.
- Manage and grow a motivated sales team, setting clear targets and providing day-to-day guidance to ensure their success.
- Establish performance tracking tools to monitor progress and take immediate action when targets are off track.
Successful candidates will have:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
- Strong operational skills, with the ability to implement and streamline sales processes.
