About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionschef to join our team at Krusenberg Herrgård. As a Receptionschef, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a first-class experience from arrival to departure. You will have a central role in managing the reception team, including scheduling and implementing procedures that promote a smooth and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the reception team and participate actively in all aspects of guest service, including check-in and check-out, conference groups, phone and email responses, and handling bookings.
• Manage the front desk, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Drive sales and contribute to the development of the business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with both conference and private market experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with booking systems and a strong technical background.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
