Nissan Motor Corporation is looking for a Brand Experience Coordinator to coordinate and execute national and retail campaigns across a specific region. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in managing and aligning content strategies for national and retail campaigns across a specific region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 360° marketing strategies, particularly in the automotive industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative content solutions that meet local market needs while aligning with central directives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing 360° marketing campaigns (national and retail) in alignment with central strategies and guidelines.
• Briefing external agencies to create assets that meet central input while addressing the unique needs of local markets.
• Localizing assets to resonate with regional audiences, ensuring alignment with cultural and market-specific nuances.
• Monitoring the implementation of campaigns from an assets perspective to ensure consistency and quality and overall follow-up for all production of content and agencies.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with the central creative team to adapt or develop region-specific creative ideas and content. Additionally, you will drive the development of innovative content solutions to address specific market challenges and opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in content management, campaign development, or marketing roles, preferably in the automotive sector, is required. Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) is a must.
