Arbetsuppgifter- Service: Hjälpa kunderna under sin bokning och säkerställa att de har en bra upplevelse.
- Försäljning: Sälja fler bokade golftimmar, presentera och sälja medlemskap, sälja företagsevent och paket, och merförsäljning i form av café och shop.
- Drift & teknik: Säkerställ att anläggningen fungerar och att all teknisk utrustning är i gott skick.
- Administration: Sköta och administrera bokningsschemat, schemalägga bemanning, svara på lokala kundservice mejl, uppdatera och hantera Instagram och Facebook.
- Personal: Skapa arbetsrutiner och utbilda personalen, rekrytera personal vid behov.
- Erfarenhet från servicearbete.
- Stort engagemang och inre driv med sinne för affärer.
- Naturlig ledare.
- Ansvarsfull, serviceinriktad, lösningsfokuserad, entusiasmerande och god administrativ förmåga.
- B-körkort och tillgång till egen bil.
- Erfarenhet av säljarbete eller säljuppdrag.
- Erfarenhet kring Trackman och dess teknik.
