Your responsibilities will include managing all accounting activities, from daily operations to process development and optimization. This role is crucial to our business operations, ensuring accurate financial management and strategic alignment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations and ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements, including VAT-reporting to European tax authorities.
  • Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain fiscal controls, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement new software tools to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Accounting team, encouraging growth and shared success.
Key Requirements:
  • +7 years of experience in a leading finance role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, with a focus on Swedish GAAP, and the ability to apply them in a creative setting.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in delegating tasks and ensuring efficient completion.
  • Excellent grasp of tax regulations and compliance requirements relevant to our industry.
  • Ability to implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
  • Collaborative mindset, providing financial insights to support decision-making and promote transparency.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical financial practices and promoting accountability.
