The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

You will participate in various ad-hoc projects and business cases to drive the growth of our business in Scandinavia. The tasks may involve any of the 5 markets currently within the cluster.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in forecasting, planning, and actual follow-up in at least one of the following: Marketing/COGS/Opex budget planning and reporting cycles
  • Take responsibility for coordinating Business Approval Processes (BAP/MEMO) from a finance perspective
  • Support sales volume planning and reporting for the Scandinavia market
  • Support the financial planning cycle (Monthly closing, OL, LE, ASP) and take ownership of some of the sub-processes
  • Create, update, and maintain financial model assumptions as part of the planning cycle
  • Create, update, and maintain financial highlight presentations for local management, the WE region, or other stakeholders within the organization
  • Take an active role and partial ownership of reporting and database maintenance in several GPM platforms
  • Participate in the month-end processes and take ownership of some of the sub-processes
  • Play an active role in coordinating and developing work with the Global Business Services centre
  • Support any financial questions and business cases, always promoting accuracy and efficiency
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks with full P&L and MFCF responsibilities
Requirements
  • University or college degree in Finance, business administration or similar
  • Experience working in an international company and with international reporting
  • Experience working in SAP will be an advantage
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Written and verbal Swedish will be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
