Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Swedish payment domain and the ISO20022 standard regarding payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work closely with Java developers to ensure the successful delivery of payment-related features.
  • Lead the development of payment-related products and services, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and customers.
  • Ensure that product development is aligned with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Well-documented experience in the Swedish payment domain and knowledge around the ISO20022 standard regarding payments.
  • Background working in a technical environment with Java and preferably with Swedbanks Andromeda framework.
  • A genuine interest in development of large and complex transformations.
  • Used to working independently with high level of responsibility and are comfortable in decision making.
  • Skilled in deeply understanding with focus on IT and Business-side of things.
  • Demonstrated customer/end-user focus and documented experience leading product development at scale.
  • Experience in a Product owner or a stakeholder management role.
Personal Qualities
  • Ability to build strong networks and work collaboratively within a geographically distributed and diverse environment.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and possess a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
