Northern Partners AB is a leading player in the Green Steel industry, and we are looking for a talented Lean Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall productivity.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in Lean operations, preferably in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects. Proven expertise in value stream mapping (VSM) and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) is essential. Additionally, strong experience in training programs and team development is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Conduct value stream mapping (VSM) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to sustain operational excellence.
