What will you do?

At Mevisio, we're transforming the way manufacturing companies operate with our modular SaaS platform- we're making them digital To help us grow further and support our customers, we're looking for a Lean Specialist to join our Commercial Team. This key role bridges Lean expertise with business impact, helping customers unlock operational excellence through our innovative platform.

As a Lean Specialist, you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in leveraging Lean methodologies and our digital solutions to improve workflows, reduce waste, and achieve measurable results. With your strong consulting background, you'll support the sales process, contribute to pre-sales activities, and work closely with manufacturing customers across the globe.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a Lean expert and advisor for our customers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team in pre-sales processes, delivering value-driven demonstrations and workshops.
  • Work directly with customers to define their needs and recommend best practices for using Mevisio's platform to support Lean and operational goals.
  • Assist in designing and configuring solutions that align with Lean principles, including workflows and KPIs.
  • Support the development of tools and processes that showcase the value of our platform to potential and existing customers.
  • Provide input to the product team to ensure our platform continues to meet the needs of the manufacturing industry.
What we think you will bring to us
  • A strong background in Lean methodologies and operational excellence, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges, with experience working with global customers.
  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops, pre-sales engagements, or implementing Lean strategies in a digital context.
  • A consultative mindset with excellent communication skills, able to connect with customers at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to working within a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required; additional languages such as German or French are a plus.
