About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully execute assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality and safety framework.
  • Lead the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure the project team has the necessary information to perform their tasks in accordance with project requirements.
  • Align projects with contractual requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Proactively manage risks and opportunities.
  • Manage invoicing and collect payments on time.
  • Present project status in reviews and follow-up meetings.
  • Act as an escalation point for project issues.
  • Contribute to the development of our organization and processes, implementing and evaluating new process steps.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in engineering or relevant experience in technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management or project management.
  • Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Knowledge of drive systems or the ability to quickly gain a good understanding of the technology.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Open-minded and outgoing.
