About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Substation projects in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a highly skilled project team to deliver Substation projects on the Swedish market.
  • Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project planning, execution, and closure.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in executing Substation projects on the Swedish market, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Substation projects, including design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Permit to work in the EU is required.
