We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at J-Lindeberg. As a Logistics Coordinator for Outbound, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our Wholesale stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Day-to-Day Logistics: Oversee outbound distribution and ensure timely delivery of products to our Wholesale stores.
  2. Business System Development: Serve as the superuser for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and participate in its development to meet extended business needs.
  3. Customer-Specific Deliveries: Ensure deliveries to special customers are executed according to their unique instructions.
  4. Warehouse Logistics: Oversee daily warehouse logistics operations and coordinate effectively with warehouse staff.
  5. Outbound Delivery Planning: Schedule and plan outbound deliveries to Wholesale stores based on their requirements.
  6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  7. DHL Coordination: Maintain daily contact with DHL Freight and DHL Express to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience of working in Excel and ERP systems (our ERP system is Business Central).
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.
  5. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and a team player with a proactive approach.
  6. Language Skills: Fluent in English is a must, Swedish is an advantage.

Contract Details:

Fixed term 12 month contract (maternity cover).
