About the Project

This PhD project is part of a 4-year EU-funded research initiative focused on the individual interplay between dietary fibers and the gut ecosystem in relation to IBS. Your contributions will help us develop new methods and models to assess the benefits of food and dietary supplements for gut, metabolic, and mental health.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary research centre Responsive Nutrition (Rosetta@oru), which brings together experts from nutrition, medicine, and biotechnology to advance our understanding of the complex relationships between diet, gut health, and disease.
