Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Area Lead to oversee the development of our digital capabilities within the Compliance & Ethics domain. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of new initiatives and enhancing existing solutions to ensure seamless collaboration between business stakeholders.

  • Oversee the performance of digital areas, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement of existing digital capabilities.
  • Lead high-level quarterly planning aligned with the digital roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and product management, with at least five years of experience in the Compliance & Ethics domain. They should also possess experience managing a global cross-enterprise digital platform, including budget forecasting and financial reporting.
