As a payroll analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll, completing audits, performing reconciliations and handling daily operational activities with our payroll provider.
  • Supporting compliance-related tasks related to payroll (ensuring third-party payments/reporting is done as per legally required).
  • Maintaining employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductions.
  • Preparing regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Working on stabilizing/improving relationships with payroll vendor.
  • Maintaining written procedures documenting compliance and processes.

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English are required.
