About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Subproject Manager to join our team at Saab, a leading defence and security company. As a Subproject Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of assigned projects, including customer contact and project planning
  • Manage project plans and establish suitable project plans
  • Provide cost and profitability forecasts and quotations for customer inquiries
  • Financially follow up on assigned projects and ensure necessary permits for delivery
  • Support the country manager in annual customer meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented and able to make decisions in a challenging environment
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with IFS
  • Experience with 9LV products and UTAAS is an advantage
