Role Summary

We are seeking an Import Export Administrator to join our team at H&M Distribution Centre in Eskilstuna. As an Import Export Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day import and export execution, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support import planning and cross-docking of cargo arriving by all modes of transport within and outside the EU.
  • Coordinate export activities to countries outside the EU in cooperation with internal departments and brokers.
  • Prepare and administer entries for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with global rules and regulations.
  • Review performance of service providers delivering to the DC.
  • Communicate with service providers and handle processes effectively.
  • Approve freight and service invoices for accuracy and budget control.
  • Keep statistics and KPIs up to date.
  • Handle import-related issues, such as tracing missing cargo and handling transport insurance claims.

About the Team

You will join a team of 20 Customs Compliance Administrators, led by our DC Impex Manager David Nilsson. The DC in Eskilstuna has approximately 400 colleagues responsible for logistics operations and distribution across Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.
