About the Position

We are seeking a Business Law Advisor for our Nordic Operations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in law and 2-5 years of hands-on experience.

Job Summary:

This role involves providing legal support and advice on debt collection, consumer law, business law, and contract law. You will draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, supplier agreements, and other internal and external contracts and legal documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advice on debt collection, consumer law, business law, and contract law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, supplier agreements, and other internal and external contracts and legal documents.
  • Support internal stakeholders and act as a sparring partner to the international Legal team.
  • Represent the organization in matters involving supervisory authorities.
  • Monitor upcoming legislation and advise on its impact on business.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in law (Norway or Denmark preferred) and 2-5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience in debt collection, debt purchase, consumer protection law, and contract law.
  • Well-developed legal, drafting, and advisory skills.
  • Analytical, determined, result-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
