At Ericsson GmbH, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our innovative FinTech services.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation of new FinTech service offerings delivered as a service. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the implementation of new FinTech service offerings from inception to completion.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, sales, and customer support.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  6. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  8. Lead post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future project strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years in a senior role, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
  3. A strong understanding of FinTech solutions and service delivery models.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
