Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to join our Workplace Division. In this role, you will be responsible for exploring existing, new, and alternative sales channels to promote Everway's solutions in the Swedish market.
You will work closely with our Product Owners and Marketing Team to identify opportunities and develop a market strategy that drives revenue growth. Your strong interpersonal skills and diplomatic approach will enable you to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
As a key member of our team, you will engage daily with various stakeholders to contribute to the company's strategic goals. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in winning new business and managing the full sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within public sector and corporate organizations.
- Build a strong pipeline by managing marketing leads and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases to secure new business, managing the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Closely collaborate with colleagues across the organization to optimize your market strategy.
